This exciting project leadership opportunity requires an individual with exceptional management skills to oversee the successful execution of WWTW projects in Mayo.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Dive into project plans and requirements to develop a comprehensive baseline schedule using Microsoft Project software.
  • Closely monitor the project timeline, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Identify any delays in the critical path as they occur and clearly illustrate them on the program, negotiating necessary time extensions with the client.
  • Evaluate project pricing and closely monitor internal costs to ensure the project remains within budget constraints.
  • Analyze areas of financial loss within the project, determine root causes, and devise mitigation strategies, communicating these commercial issues and proposed solutions to the Contracts Manager.
  • Understand the project contract and pricing, identifying any variations and negotiating additional costs with the client as needed.
  • Review contract documentation and communicate necessary notices to the client within specified timeframes.
  • Serve as the line manager for the Site Agent, Project Engineer, and QS, overseeing all site workers through the Site Agent.
  • Evaluate and approve monthly progress claims.
  • Review and approve Risk Assessment Method Statements and other pre-construction health and safety documentation.
