We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team on a full-time contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and young people (0-18 years) with complex needs arising from disability.
- The successful candidate will provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services.
- You will manage a varied caseload, including children with complex developmental needs, intellectual disabilities, and communication difficulties.
- As a senior member of the team, you will provide leadership and clinical support to junior colleagues and contribute to interdisciplinary case discussions.
- You will collaborate closely with families, carers, schools, and other key stakeholders to develop individualised care plans.
- You will also contribute to service planning, policy development, and clinical audits to ensure continuous improvement.
- CORU registration (or eligibility for registration) as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualification clinical experience, with a significant portion working with children and/or young people with disabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in paediatric Speech and Language Therapy, including assessment and intervention for feeding, eating, drinking, and swallowing (FEDS).
- Proven ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A full, clean driving licence and access to own transport.
