Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic professional to lead our project management efforts.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate ICT-related projects for diverse customers while gaining exposure to global project delivery.

An ideal candidate will have enhanced their project management skillset and gained invaluable experience working in an accomplished project management office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project planning and coordination of internal and external resources and associated documentation
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery through careful work stream management
  • Create project schedules and chair customer meetings
  • Owning and managing communication and governance with stakeholders
  • Meet customer expectations particularly in terms of quality and timelines in line with departmental standards procedures and guidelines
  • Capture and audit all project scope changes via the use of internal change management process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers at an operational level to influence customer behavior and ensure project deadlines
  • Develop daily weekly status reports and create documentation for reporting
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with fluency in English
  • Working knowledge in MS Excel Word PowerPoint with the capability of producing professional documents Wrike knowledge would be advantageous
  • Strong customer-facing skills with excellent attention to detail and coordination skills
  • Hardworking flexible results-oriented individual capable of working under pressure
  • Third-level qualification in Business Engineering or IT desirable
