Job Description:

The Mid-Market Solutions Executive will play a critical role in driving growth within our existing customer base and identifying new business opportunities. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand pipeline and close deals, leveraging the Value Selling sales process to win new business, expand within existing accounts, and ensure contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales opportunities and business relationships over the telephone with influential contacts within Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Analyze organizational pain points and challenges to understand how ServiceNow solutions can provide value and drive long-term success.
  • Collaborate with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales, and more to progress sales cycles and drive growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to upsell and cross-sell ServiceNow solutions to existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of success in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales capacity.
  • 1-3+ years of full sales cycle experience gained within software or solution sales organizations.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues.
  • Persistent and dependable, with a strong focus on attendance, deliverables, and deadlines.
