Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions (English, Spanish)Location: Dublin, Ireland
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.Experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting.Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.Ability to travel 20% of the time as required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Spain, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.Demonstrated thought leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space.About the Job:Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

Working with them, you set the direction and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Responsibilities:Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.Pitch and consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
