Assistant Manager Insurance Audit Role

This senior audit position plays a pivotal role in our insurance audit team, requiring a seasoned professional to oversee the entire audit lifecycle.

  • Manage a portfolio of insurance clients, guiding them through the audit process from planning to completion.
  • Lead on-site and remote audits, ensuring high-quality delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to audit teams, reviewing work and offering constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to the development and coaching of junior team members, promoting their growth and progression.
  • Collaborate with senior management on business development opportunities and departmental projects.

The ideal candidate will possess ACA/ACCA qualifications, 1-2 years of audit experience, and a strong background in insurance audit. They must demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire audit lifecycle, from planning to completion.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified
