Squad leaders drive the overall purpose and vision for a squad, overseeing the mission, strategy, product life cycle, and value creation. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their challenges and work with their squads to deliver innovative solutions that benefit clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions to improve product/platform vision meeting customer requirements.">
  • Define, refine, and communicate the roadmap, mission, and plans for assigned squads, products, and initiatives.">
  • Collaborate and coordinate with chapter leaders, architects, Scrum Masters, and squad members to build capacity and capability to achieve goals.">

Requirements

">

We seek individuals with 8+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, product owner, product management, and/or project management. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology or finance-related area is required. Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills are necessary.

Financial services industry knowledge and experience are vital; investment management and/or wealth management domain knowledge is a plus. Experience working on distributed and multi-time zone teams is also desired.
