We are seeking a seasoned leader to helm our Strategic Advisors Technology team. As the Squad Leader, you will be responsible for setting the overall purpose and vision for your squad's work, serving as the end-to-end gatekeeper of the mission, strategy, product life cycle, and value creation.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Should possess at least 8 years of experience in business/systems analysis, product owner, product management, and/or project management
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology or finance related area is required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills are essential for success in this role
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and investment management domain knowledge is highly valued
  • Prior experience working on distributed and multi-time zone teams is a plus
  • Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining large, complex, and dynamic products and solutions is essential
  • Awareness of agile methodologies, Jira, and Jira Align is preferred from a planning perspective
  • The ability to translate strategic objectives into consumable, actionable plans that can be executed by the squad or product area is critical
  • Demonstrated expertise in deriving initiatives and end-to-end workflows that can be broken down into epics & stories with well-defined business value and designs
  • A track record of building highly engaged, industrious teams with a strong focus on execution and the ability to identify, communicate, and remove impediments
  • Effectiveness in running fusions for estimating and planning large efforts that articulate the project demands, assumptions, schedule, and risks
  • Ability to lead, influence, and motivate colleagues on solutions, ways of working, and tools without formal authority
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative solutions and capabilities to improve the Account Management product/platform vision, meeting customer requirements
  • Define, refine, and communicate the roadmap, mission, and plans for assigned Squads, products, and initiatives
  • Act as a constant voice of the platform's stakeholders, enabling the team to build the best product
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Chapter Leaders, Architects, Scrum Masters, and Squad members to build Squad capacity and capability to achieve goals
