Infrastructure Specialist Job

Role Description

We seek a visionary professional to lead our landscape division, providing services on strategic infrastructure and renewable energy projects. The role involves setting up and managing a new team, leading site visits, conducting LVIA's, Landscaping Layout Plans & Masterplans, and proactively growing the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and overseeing a new landscape division.
  • Developing and implementing landscape strategies for various project scales.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and undertaking stakeholder engagement.
  • Managing work enquiries, preparing bids, and building client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional report writing and organisational skills.
  • Experience in conducting LVIA's for diverse project sizes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and desktop publishing software.
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in relevant fields.
