Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator Lead to join our team. As a Content Creator Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content creator strategy to expand our reach and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or content strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and onboarding creators who align with our brand values and content strategy.

You will also manage the creator budget, negotiate contracts, partnership terms, and compensation structures for creators. Additionally, you will source and curate content from other teams for distribution, enhancing our content portfolio and reach.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating engaging content and building strong relationships with creators.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content creator strategy to expand our reach and engagement.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard creators who align with our brand values and content strategy.
  • Manage the creator budget, negotiate contracts, partnership terms, and compensation structures for creators.
  • Souce and curate content from other teams for distribution, enhancing our content portfolio and reach.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or content strategy.
  • Strong network and knowledge of the creator economy across multiple platforms.
  • Experience negotiating and structuring creator deals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience creating different types of content that drive action, and appeal to different learning styles and audiences.
