Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing a Performance programme that supports the physical preparation of athletes.

  • As part of our Performance strategy, you will work closely with our Assistant Head Coach to develop and implement a Strength and Conditioning coaching initiative within the Performance programme.
  • You will gain exposure to other Sport Science interventions carried out by our Performance staff and assist in the preparation of Centre athletes for international meets between 2024-2028.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing input and contribution to Strength & Conditioning coaching initiatives and assisting in the development of the programme in both the short and long term.

A recognised UKSCA and/or NSCA coaching qualification/accreditation is essential or the capability to attain such a qualification/accreditation within the contract term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a Strength and Conditioning coaching initiative within the Performance programme.

Requirements

A recognised UKSCA and/or NSCA coaching qualification/accreditation is essential or the capability to attain such a qualification/accreditation within the contract term.

A passion for developing a Performance programme, strong communication skills, and the ability to help direct the development of the programme are also essential.
