Lead Veterinary Clinician

Job Description:

This is a leadership role that will enable you to drive clinical excellence and innovation in our practice. You will be responsible for shaping clinical standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding veterinary care.

As a seasoned clinician, you will have the opportunity to take on a pivotal role in guiding the strategic direction of our practice, mentoring colleagues, and supporting client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional clinical services, providing clinical leadership, collaborating with senior management, mentoring and supporting veterinary colleagues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Be VCI registered and eligible to work in Ireland from September 2025
  • Be confident in all clinical aspects of first opinion practice - medically and surgically
  • Thrive in a team-orientated, communicative environment
  • Be passionate about patient care and professional development
  • Have natural leadership qualities
