Employment Law Opportunity
Job Description:This is a senior associate position within an employment law practice. The role involves advising on a wide range of employment matters, from day-to-day HR issues to large-scale restructures and litigation.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years PQE in employment law, ideally dual-qualified in NI/ROI. They will be able to confidently manage both contentious and advisory work, while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues.
The team values excellence, balance, and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will bring a proactive and solutions-focused mindset to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment matters, including contentious and advisory work
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the development of the team
- Manage complex and high-value cases
Requirements:
- 4+ years PQE in employment law
- Dual-qualification in NI/ROI (ideal)
- Commercial acumen and a proactive approach
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
