Job Overview

The Education Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of the annual Coach and Teacher Development Programme across a network of clubs and leisure facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Education Provision – working with support officers, maintaining high standards of qualification delivery by:
    • publishing an annual education calendar, providing a wide range of learning opportunities
    • achieving targets through monthly management of accounts
  • Programme Development and Delivery – supporting the development and delivery of a comprehensive education programme, including:
    • identifying and developing new training opportunities and resources
    • periodically reviewing and updating course content and delivery methods
  • Engagement – leading engagement with clubs, pools and customers through:
    • attending industry events to promote the education programme
    • publishing regular newsletters to provide relevant updates
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role or previous experience in a sports environment
  • Relevant third-level qualification
  • Prior experience using learning management systems and video editing software is an advantage
