Electrical Engineer Opportunities

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines electrical engineering skills with hands-on experience?

We are seeking talented students to join our MEP team in Dublin, Cork, and Limerick offices. You will work alongside professionals as part of multi-disciplinary design teams, contributing to real projects in the built environment.

You will have the opportunity to work on healthcare, science & industry, technology, commercial, education, and public buildings projects, including New Surgical Hubs, Children's Hospital, National Maternity Hospital, hyperscale data centres, UCD Teaching and Learning Building, TCD E3 Learning Foundry, and Crawford Art Gallery redevelopment.

About the Role
  • Design and calculation of electrical services, including distribution, containment, power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire detection, ICT, security, and earthing systems.
  • Work in BIM environments using Revit and Navisworks to prepare fully coordinated 3D design models for projects.
  • Learn and use design software packages like Revit, Amtech, Dialux, Elevate, etc., to undertake tasks above.
  • Implement QA procedures for all deliverables and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Liaise with staff from other disciplines.
  • Communicate effectively in a team environment with diverse individuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for students studying Electrical Engineering or Electrical Services Engineering at bachelor's or master's level.
