Job Title: Funding and Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Funding and Compliance Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing funding-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the management team in achieving funding goals.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records and databases related to funding schemes and compliance requirements.
2. Ensure timely submission of funding applications and reports, including annual sector surveys and capital funding applications.
3. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to deadlines.
4. Provide administrative support to the management team in understanding funding scheme requirements and preparing for inspections.
5. Act as a first point of contact for queries relating to funding and compliance issues.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a compliance-related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
4. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interpret and communicate funding scheme guidance to operational managers.
5. Familiarity with application and reporting processes for funding or grant programmes, and prior involvement in completing annual sectoral surveys or compliance returns.
