Compliance and Funding Coordinator

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring services maintain compliance and adequate funding. It involves keeping accurate records, updating relevant portals, and supporting managers to meet funding deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Maintaining precise calendars and trackers for all funding schemes.
- Ensuring parent agreements and fee letters are correct and updated as required.
- Updating service profiles & applications across all funding streams.
- Monitoring Early Years Hive and other systems for notifications; communicating updates as necessary.
- Supporting Centre Managers in understanding funding scheme requirements and preparing for compliance inspections.
- Acting as a first point of contact for queries relating to funding and compliance issues.
- Attending training sessions on funding schemes and cascading updates to managers.
- Assisting the Finance team with Funding Increase Applications, ensuring accurate documentation is submitted on time.
- Completing annual sector surveys for all services to agreed timelines.
- Supporting the preparation and submission of capital funding and grant applications as required.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of documentation accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems.
- Experience with Early Years and School-Age funding programmes.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Hive portal.
