Manufacturing Production Specialist

Job Title:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Team Members to join our manufacturing team in Cork, Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and a strong understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Focus: Actively highlight any safety concerns to assist in the reduction of accidents or near misses
- Manufacturing Support: Support and adhere to established manufacturing scheduling processes and production targets
- Material Handling: Handle raw materials and/or intermediate or finished products according to applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- PPE and Gowning: Gown correctly and wear assigned personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Status Updates: Provide status updates on manufacturing activities and operational challenges according to defined procedures
- Changeovers: Execute changeovers between batches according to established SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area while observing all safety and compliance procedures
Requirements:
- Education: Leaving Certificate qualification
- Experience: 1 year plus of experience in GMP manufacturing
- Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements relating to the pharma industry
