Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role involves acting as a Processing Equipment SME, providing engineering support to vaccine production teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Acting as a Processing Equipment SME to provide engineering support to vaccine production teams.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues in manufacturing processes.
  • Owning all Quality and Safety investigations handed over from the shift.
  • Identifying and implementing equipment process improvements and optimization opportunities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years' experience in GMP operations, including process engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • A third-level degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Project management experience.
  • Process Equipment expertise.
Key Skills
  • Process optimization: continually evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving: identifying and resolving issues in manufacturing processes.
  • Process documentation: responsible for creating and maintaining maintenance plans on SAP, and engineering standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
  • Continuous improvement: participating in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Quality control: working closely with quality teams to ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
