Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team in Cork, Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on expanding and enhancing their career.

Job Summary

The Process Optimization Specialist will be responsible for providing front-line support to manufacturing teams, focusing on producing each batch safely, on time, and in compliance with quality requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain master manufacturing documents for assigned products, ensuring all critical parameters are within written instructions.
  • Manage process changes through the appropriate change control procedure.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent scientific field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a process support role on a GMP manufacturing shop floor.
  • Proven process understanding of pharmaceuticals, GMP, and regulatory aspects.
