Process Optimization Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
About the Role
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to achieve operational excellence.
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting and problem-solving, analyzing data, and conducting root cause analysis.
- You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining maintenance plans, engineering standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process optimization: continually evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.
- Analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify areas for improvement to achieve operational excellence.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving: identify and resolve issues in manufacturing processes.
- Analyze data, conduct root cause analysis, and develop and implement solutions to improve process performance and resolve bottlenecks.
- Process documentation: responsible for creating and maintaining maintenance plans on SAP, and engineering standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
- Quality control: work closely with quality teams to ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulations.
- QN and CAPA owner.
- Conduct audits with the quality team to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Project management: lead or participate in projects related to process improvement, new product introduction, cost reduction, or capacity expansion.
Requirements
- Must have:
- At least five years experience in GMP operations including process engineering experience
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- 3 rd level degree in Science or Engineering
- Project management experience
- Process Equipment expertise
