Hiring managers are looking for a skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join their team. A successful candidate will drive process improvement practices to enhance operational efficiency, demonstrating leadership to influence behaviors and align priorities.

About the Role

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for sustainably increasing output through continuous improvement cycles and developing methodologies that maximize workforce efficiency and engagement.

You will implement productivity actions, define work priorities, and drive teams involved in problem solving and risk assessments. Additionally, you will coach operational teams, develop training programs, and update plant productivity indicators.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • A university degree in Science or Engineering (mandatory)
  • Lean and Six Sigma training at Lean Leader level and/or Green Belt
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in Continuous Improvement, preferably in cGMP and ISO standards
  • Experience with Lean tools and process optimization
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and training skills
  • Fluency in English and proficiency with MS Office
