Production Specialist Role

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to daily operations across various production lines;

  • Maintain compliance with industry standards for food safety, health & safety, and environmental regulations;
Requirements:
  • A recent graduate in Food Science, Engineering, Agribusiness, Operations Management, or a related field;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
  • Passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn;
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced factory environment and adapt to shift patterns if required;
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification;
  • Knowledge of automation, waste reduction, and energy efficiency principles;
  • Experience with production planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications;
