Junior Sous Chef Job Description

We seek a dedicated, passionate Junior Sous Chef to assist in ensuring the smooth operation of this very busy kitchen and the delivery of a top-class food offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in kitchen management tasks
  • Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least three years' experience as Junior Sous or Chef de Partie in high-volume restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene practices
  • Excellent culinary skills and a passion for good food
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to learning and development
