Finance Operations Manager

The role of the Finance Operations Manager involves managing cash transactions to ensure efficient and controlled processes.

This position requires a skilled finance professional to join our Data Center Build Finance team, driving cost and operational excellence through data analysis and business partnership.

Key objectives include delivering insights and making recommendations to leadership that drive performance against key metrics alongside business partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive financial excellence through technical expertise, data analysis, and business partnership.
  • Deliver strategic financial analysis and modeling to evaluate new technology and Data Center-related investment opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls and build community for the Data Centers Build Finance team.
  • Lead preparation and review of Data Center investments.
  • Manage large-scale initiatives spanning multiple organizations.
  • Guide the development, automation, and consolidation of financial tools to scale the Finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
  • Experience in data centers or technical specific areas of focus in a relatable industry.
  • Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to influence through disciplined use of data.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, people, and problem-solving skills combined with business judgment.
