Job Title: Culinary Team Member

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated culinary professional to develop their skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment renowned for its commitment to quality and creativity.

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard within your designated kitchen section.
  • Maintain consistent quality, portion control, and presentation of food.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development as required.
  • Adhere to high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
  • Support junior kitchen staff and work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team.
  • Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
  • Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a culinary professional or in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel or restaurant.
  • Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
