Job Summary

A seasoned technical leader is sought to create and publish reference architectures, code samples, and decks to help customers solve their security and infrastructure issues.

About the Role

  • Foster collaborative discussions with customers, partners, and technical teams.
  • Provide expertise around cloud computing, security, and infrastructure, promoting solutions with customers, at conferences, and online.
  • Support account managers and engineering teams through all phases of customer engagement.
  • Develop and deliver recommendations, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and presentations tailored for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute customer and market insights to inform product strategy.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in solution engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
  • 3 years of experience in system architecture and coding (e.g., Python).

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience with community involvement, volunteering, or mentorship.
  • Knowledge of public clouds including platform and infrastructure as a service.
