Responsibilities:

  • Analyse evidence and data to determine root causes of issues">
  • Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations">
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions">
  • Develop and deliver compliance education programs to prevent future incidents">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in conducting investigations, preferably in a similar role">
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively">
