We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Icds Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that promote the development of our employees' skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will work closely with our Department Managers, Heads of Section, and Supervisors to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training plans. You will also be responsible for conducting all external training, such as OEM training for equipment and machines, and statutory training.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operating the equipment and an understanding of the demands on production. They will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as people coaching skills to motivate and maintain standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing training programs
  • Identifying training needs and developing comprehensive training plans
  • Conducting external training, including OEM and statutory training

  • Training Skills Certificate QQI Level 6 or equivalent
