We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Career Launch Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that members feel valued and well-informed. You will be responsible for assisting with policy management, including updates, renewals, and cancellations. Additionally, you will respond to member inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

You will also be responsible for onboarding new members, guiding them through their health insurance options, and ensuring a smooth registration process. Furthermore, you will proactively communicate changes to policies, benefits, or membership features to ensure that members are informed and up-to-date.

As a Career Launch Specialist, you will work closely with our team to maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions in line with company procedures. This includes strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for helping others. If you have previous customer service experience, ideally in a similar role, it would be a plus.
