Job Title: NPI Launch Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the successful introduction of new products to site, ensuring customer and company expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the product evaluation process in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide project management leadership and monitor progress against milestones, escalating issues as needed.
  • Establish a site project plan, develop scientifically sound technical strategies with the project team, and identify potential hurdles.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders via governance meetings, steering committees, and global NPI meetings.
  • Collaborate with customers, coordinate visits, and manage joint team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent scientific field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including project management and technology transfer.
  • Experience with scale-up and manufacture of new products from external customers is preferred.
