Lead Project Manager Role

The Lead Project Manager – Process Development will oversee project initiatives in the Portfolio Management and Delivery group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage new product introduction and lifecycle management projects for drug products and finished drug products.
  • Collaborate with site subject matter experts and global functions to drive project success.
  • Leverage cross-functional teams to deliver projects ensuring seamless introduction of new products and health of existing products.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with new and existing products.
  • Promote continuous improvement principles in product and program leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a Life Science discipline.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
  • Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time while maintaining rigorous standards.
