Project Management Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee a large construction project spanning 18 months, across various sectors.

  • The successful candidate will have expertise in delivering projects to tight deadlines and high standards.
  • Experience working with main contractors in Ireland is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors, prepare look-ahead programmes, and ensure timely completion of works.
  • Manage site set-up planning, security, logistics, deliveries, and traffic management.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and design teams on construction issues and RFIs.
  • Monitor resources, labour, plant, site set-up, and overheads to maximise quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with current Health and Safety Construction regulations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, or large fit-out projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to chair site meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Fully computer-literate with proven experience in preparing reports and managing resources.
