Digitisation Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive our digital strategy forward as a Digitisation Support Specialist. This role involves providing expert guidance, support policy development, and contributing to the delivery of data-driven insights that enhance member value.
Key Responsibilities- Act as first point of contact for members addressing queries on professional practice and standards.
- Monitor changes impacting members and develop practical guidance and resources.
- Draft policies guidelines and communications on digitisation sustainability and related programmes.
- Contribute to research projects supporting the production of data-driven submissions and reports.
- Assist in gathering and analysing member data to inform organisational priorities and policy positions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement the digital strategy and design digitisation initiatives that add value to the member experience.
- Third-level qualification in a relevant field such as policy communications digital transformation or data analysis.
- Experience in drafting policy documents reports or guidance materials is essential.
- Competence in digital tools CRM platforms and survey design/analysis is required.
