- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Provide administrative support to team members and clients.
- Manage a busy customer service counter, handling incoming calls, emails, and general client inquiries.
- Perform various ad hoc duties, including providing support to other departments as needed.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Coordinate tasks, including communication with relevant parties regarding updates.
- Prepare and maintain reports.
- Handle inquiries through both phone and email communication.
Requirements:
- Be highly organized and efficient with excellent attention to details.
- Have previous experience in an administration role with strong skills in MS office.
- Commit to high standards and maintain a positive approach to work.
- Be highly efficient and organized with excellent prioritization skills.
- Be customer focused with excellent customer service skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
