CORPORATE LEGAL SERVICES EXECUTIVE
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Services Executive to join our expanding Transaction Team in Dublin.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global-focused organisation advising top corporations, financial institutions, and investment managers across multiple jurisdictions.
You will be responsible for managing structured finance and aircraft leasing SPVs, assisting senior transaction executives, managing company secretarial duties, and building strong client relationships—all within a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage portfolios of structured finance and aircraft leasing SPVs
- Coordinate board meetings, company filings, and statutory records
- Support bank account openings, regulatory registrations, and other transaction tasks
- Contribute to internal projects and process improvements
- Stay up to date with statutory and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in legal, financial services, or corporate administration
- Law or business degree (or equivalent)
- Strong communication, organisational, and attention to detail skills
- Company Secretarial qualification (Grad ICSA) or studying towards it is a plus
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to grow
