Life Science Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join our client's team in Tipperary.


This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to work with a leading multinational in the Pharmaceutical industry.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement PPM systems, including writing job plans and assigning maintenance frequencies using SAP and Procal.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for compliance within the Engineering Department.
  • Support the implementation of maintenance best practice methodologies and technologies, including LSS processes such as standard work for routine maintenance activities.
  • Lead equipment criticality assessments to develop new maintenance strategies and plans for new assets.
  • Develop multi-year reliability roadmaps and execute them in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical root cause analysis events and incident investigations related to manufacturing equipment and systems to prevent recurrence of asset or process failures.
  • Drive condition-based monitoring programs such as vibration, thermography, oil analysis, and predictive analytics.
  • Complete spares assessments and manage MRO stores.
  • Analyze business performance data to identify improvement opportunities for equipment reliability, effective maintenance execution, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance.
