Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Directory Administration: Ensure seamless user authentication and authorization across the network.
  • Windows Server Administration: Manage and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Office 365 Environment Administration: Administer and support Office 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • PC Administration Tasks: Install, configure, and update software on Windows 10 devices.
  • Service Desk System Maintenance: Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently, maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to various hardware and software applications.
  • Documentation and Process Support: Collaborate with the IT Helpdesk team to document procedures and processes, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Procurement and Configuration: Procure, install, and configure user PCs, laptops, software, phones, printers, and other devices as required.
  • Inventory Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory, preparing regular reports on helpdesk activity.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to projects aimed at improving business processes and infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 end-user support, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
  • Extensive experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • Strong networking skills, covering TCP/IP, SD-WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, switches, and cabling.
  • Working experience of VMWare, Citrix, MS Office, server hardware, and operating systems.
  • Mobile Device Management expertise, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
  • Cloud technology knowledge is highly desirable.
