Management Development Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Manager in Cork. This is a full-time position responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the store, working closely with the Store Management Team to achieve defined KPIs.

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience, with strong leadership and team development skills. They will be tasked with building on team motivation and development, promoting superior customer service through product availability, store presentation, and personal service.
