Job Description

Are you ready to start your career in one of Ireland's best retail management education programs? Do you want to take responsibility for your own store within 10 months? If so, this program is the right choice for you.

  • You will join a dynamic company that offers an education ensuring a strong foundation for your future career.\

  • You will receive a trainee program consisting of five weeks of interactive training on all aspects needed to run a store, including experienced professionals coaching you throughout the program.\
  • An experienced mentor will be available for you and your development needs.\
  • During the program, you will be hired as a Deputy Store Manager and work in a store between training modules.\
  • Opportunities for personal development and responsibility will be provided.\
  • A flexible working schedule will allow you to balance work, family, and leisure time.\

    • The program consists of high-quality trainings in leadership, management tools, and store operations. You will work and learn in close cooperation with other trainees and great mentors.\
    • Five modules of one week duration: theory review, cases and role play, group work, team building, and training in plenary.\
    • Between modules, you will be trained on the job with an assigned Store Manager mentor and receive coaching and guidance.\
    • Three exams based on cases.\
    • A study trip to an exciting city in the UK or Ireland.\
