Agricultural Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an individual to join our team as an Apprentice Service Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop skills in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work with world-renowned Agricultural Machinery brands, including John Deere, Lemken, and Kramer. The role involves performing diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on various equipment.
This position requires the ability to learn quickly, work independently, and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a Leaving Certificate and some experience in the agricultural industry. Knowledge of farm machinery is an advantage.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in demos and training activities, travel to the UK, Germany, or Italy for further training, and ensure all administration relating to work is completed.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment and AMS products.
- Maintain a clean workspace and assist with the overall upkeep of the workshop and correct use of tools and vehicles.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Participate in demos and training activities when required.
- Travel to perform diagnostics and repairs off-site, when required.
- Leaving Certificate required.
- Experience and knowledge of the agricultural industry.
- Experience with farm machinery an advantage.
- Good customer relationship skills.
- Excellent teamworking mentality.
