The Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the business strategy, ensuring alignment with investment goals.
- Develop and manage business plans for each property, including operating budgets and cash flow projections.
- Review regular reports and updates on investments and portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage all aspects of asset servicing, including property management, operational and capital expenditure budgets, and development within the portfolio.
- Work closely with the Originations team to review the portfolio quarterly, providing recommendations on buy, hold, and sell opportunities.
- Oversee leasing and property management activities to achieve business objectives, structuring agreements to maximize returns.
- Lead disposal transactions, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Requirements:
- Real Estate, Business, or Finance degree.
- At least 10 years' experience as a Portfolio/Asset Manager, with comprehensive experience of multiple tenanted assets and a proven track record of delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to add value to businesses.
- Excellent analytical skills, using modelling techniques and market experience to estimate expected returns.
- Strong communication and planning skills, able to use initiative and prioritize work effectively.
