Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled User Experience (UX) designer to join our team. As a UX engineer, you will play a key role in refining our design system, optimizing user experiences, and ensuring scalable, accessible, and performant interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both design and front-end development, with a strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns. They will be able to create interactive prototypes using front-end code and work closely with the product team to identify and implement UX enhancements across the product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design System Refinement: Scale and evolve our design system for consistency across products.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and improve areas across our design → production → release process.
  • Information Architecture & Navigation: Structure user flows and interactions for improved usability and reduced cognitive load.
  • UX Product Improvements: Work with the product team to identify and implement UX enhancements across the product.
  • UI Optimization: Ensure WCAG accessibility standards are met, with seamless user experiences.
Requirements
  • Design and Development Skills: Experience in both design and front-end development, bringing designs to life using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or similar frameworks.
  • Design Systems Expertise: Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns.
  • Accessibility Knowledge: Knowledge of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
  • Prototyping Ability: Ability to create interactive prototypes using front-end code.
