Business Operations Lead

The Business Operations Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of support and onboarding departments, ensuring seamless customer experiences and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and process improvement skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of onboarding and support teams.
  • Lead and coach teams to meet key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical skills, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators for both onboarding and support.
  • Analyse complex situations, develop effective solutions, and inform the team of new information related to products, procedures, and trends.
  • Oversee ticketing systems, ensuring proper categorisation, prioritisation, and escalation.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, especially during onboarding and critical support situations.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated customer support issues.
  • Champion customer needs, ensuring feedback and pain points are addressed by relevant departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • Experience in providing customer support and leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of management methods and techniques.
  • Background working with data and reports to drive performance and customer experience.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills - proficiency in English required.
  • Working knowledge of customer service software and tools.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
