Job Description

The Strategic eCommerce Performance Lead plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer experience excellence within a defined market. Reporting to senior leadership, this position is fully accountable for the market's commercial performance, ensuring the localization and execution of a digital trading strategy.

This role requires a strategic thinker and doer, capable of leading through influence, collaborating cross-functionally, and making data-driven decisions to maximize trading outcomes. While this is an individual contributor position with no direct reports, the leader is expected to lead projects, drive alignment across teams, and act as the key market representative within the Online department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning market-level performance KPIs (BV, net revenue, conversion, AOV, margin) and driving actions to exceed targets.
  • Localizing and implementing the trading strategy, ensuring alignment with central objectives and market dynamics.
  • Defining, executing, and optimizing discounting and promotional strategies within margin and budget frameworks.
  • Using performance data and competitor benchmarks to proactively adjust trading levers (e.g., pricing, product focus, campaign timing).
  • Leading campaign planning and execution, ensuring coordination across Content, CRM, Product, and Acquisition teams.
  • Continuously optimizing the online catalogue, including ranking, categorization, and navigation for key market segments.
  • Driving UX and customer journey improvements, partnering with CRO and Product teams to increase conversion and engagement.
  • Representing the market in performance meetings, proactively communicating outcomes, risks, and opportunities to senior stakeholders.
  • Acting as a cross-functional project leader, delivering high-impact initiatives without formal line management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in eCommerce, trading, or digital merchandising.
  • A proven track record in driving revenue growth and improving digital performance through merchandising and promotional levers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to make strategic, data-informed decisions independently.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to lead across functions and influence without authority.
  • Strong working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Power BI), Excel, and CMS systems.
  • Solid understanding of customer behavior and digital best practices in the relevant European market.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Benefits

We offer a range of benefits to support your career development and work-life balance, including:

  • A hybrid work model that allows you to balance office and remote work.
  • A Summer Remote Month to recharge and refocus.
  • An Inclusive Day to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • An Unbox Your World Leave policy to support your global interests.
  • A YOLO Day to prioritize your well-being.
  • Family Leave Enhancements to support your loved ones.
  • A comprehensive BEN Platform to support your overall well-being.
