Inventory Planning Manager Role

This role will lead the end-to-end inventory lifecycle across digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a commercial stock movement calendar to align with seasonal trading and product sell-through.
  • Forecast volume projections for warehouse capacity and planning.
  • Own pre-season planning including grade, store profile, pre-allocation, and product flagging for operational efficiency.
  • Lead in-season trading strategies through best-seller reviews, profile changes, and demand response.
  • Collaborate on product and store trends to influence pricing and ranging.
  • Drive stock recall and liquidation strategies to optimize margin and sell-through.
  • Improve inventory and trade forecasting tools to support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in inventory planning, supply chain, or merchandising in a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools.
  • Experience managing fast-moving inventory across eCommerce and physical stores.
  • Commercial awareness to translate trends into actionable stock strategies.
