About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Central Supply Planning Team at our International Headquarters in Dublin. As an Integrated Supply Manager, you will plan supplies, manage inventory levels, lead a team of planners, and handle relationships and issues for Global markets and stakeholders.

You will report to Senior Supply Planning Manager and collaborate closely with other Integrated Supply Managers and Planning Associate Director. Our planning operations team is an integral part of our business, without which our leading self-care products would not be so readily available to consumers.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure adequate supply to meet market demand
- Work with planners and suppliers to minimize supply impacts
- Lead and collaborate on Sales & Operations Execution (SOE) meetings
- Manage cluster relationships and handle escalations
- Assist and develop supply planners and implement planning processes
- Coordinate planning projects across functions
- Ensure accurate reporting through precise data attributes
- Maintain accountability for inventory targets

Requirements

- Category and market understanding
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Demand planning and forecasting
- University degree in supply chain or engineering
- Typically 6 years' work experience in supply chain
