The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing warm welcomes, conducting consultations, performing a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, pedicures and other therapeutic services. They will also maintain detailed records of client treatments and preferences, keep spa treatment rooms and equipment clean and sanitised, educate clients on proper skincare and wellness practices, promote and sell spa services and products to clients, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm welcome and provide them with a 5-star spa experience
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences
- Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, manicures, pedicures and other therapies
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of spa treatment rooms and equipment
- Educate clients on skincare and wellness best practices
- Promote and sell spa services and products to clients
- An internationally recognised certification or license in beauty therapy, massage therapy, aesthetics or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a spa therapist, preferably in a luxury setting
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments and techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
