  • Oversee and monitor front office control measures related to trading activity, encompassing firm accounts and booking authority compliance.
  • Conduct risk-based assessments to identify operational and regulatory risks and design effective controls to mitigate them.
">Key Responsibilities">
  1. Review and enhance existing control capabilities, including developing tactical tools and contributing to strategic monitoring solutions.
  2. Analyse trade and transaction reporting exceptions submitted to regulators and support remediation efforts.
  3. Drive innovative analysis and provide regular updates on risk and issue management.
  4. Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Audit to investigate and resolve reporting issues.
  5. Prepare clear and impactful communication materials for stakeholders, peers, and senior management.
  6. Identify control gaps and implement process improvements to strengthen the control environment.
  7. Support UAT and change initiatives related to regulatory reporting enhancements.
