A hybrid role at a leading firm in Dublin South West. This position combines administrative tasks with data management responsibilities.
Base salary range: 30-40k plus bonus, pension contribution, holidays and Bank Holidays, flexible working from home arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product master data throughout its lifecycle; identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues promptly, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address root causes.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices for data management and governance.
- Support the Pricing Analyst, ensuring seamless operations.
- Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions; deliver training and support to end-users on master data processes and standards.
- Develop automation and standardization processes for Master data.
Key Qualifications
- Previous knowledge of SAP is advantageous; training will be provided.
- Strong administrative skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Analytically minded with keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.
- Proficient in analyzing business process flows.
- Ability and willingness to learn multiple IT systems and processes.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Visio.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
